Now retired. Worked for fifty years between Los Angeles Police Dept and Office of Finance, The Metropolitan Water District's Controller's Office and Northrop in El Segundo as a purchasing agent. I have lived all over the greater Los Angeles area but came back to my roots about 10 years ago, just before I retired...I still have family in the area. It's good to be back but I do miss the "old" neighborhoods of Pico Rivera and Whittier. They've changed so much and so much is gone. I didn't appreciate them back then as I do now. I went to school with many of the 1961 El Rancho graduates, from elementary and junior high school through most of high school at El Rancho, but decided to attend Garfield High during my Senior Year. So I'm not actually in the 1961 El Rancho High School yearbook, although I feel part of the graduating class. Love to hear from any of my old friends and acquaintances.
